  • Contract-to-Hire, 3 Months to Direct; Drug Test Required
  • 7:30a – 4p, M-F
  • Salary, plus Annual Bonus based off Company sales, plus additional benefits (see below)


Position Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service – Customer and Supplier:
    • Build and maintain strong customer relations
    • Prepare and send quotations
    • Prepare and send PFI
    • Confirm Order to Customer and PO to Supplier
    • Ship, invoice and prepare documents
    • Handle product inquiries and technical requests
    • Handle claims for customer and supplier
    • Advise availability and production of glass products and customer requirements
    • Handle customer certifications
    • Advise packing and freight
  • Assist Overseas Sales Agents:
    • Provide samples, supplier/product literature and technical information
    • Manage direct communication with customer when sales team is unavailable
  • Travel Preparation for Executive Staff:
    • Obtain visas, invitation letters
    • Arrange/coordinate international flights and hotel reservations
    • Prepare travel itineraries
    • Miscellaneous trip preparation
  • Miscellaneous Administrative Duties:
    • Follow up on all pending correspondence and Pro Formas
    • Resolve supplier pricing discrepancies with Accounting
    • Arrange on site meetings
    • Organize and maintain files
    • Send samples and mockup orders


Minimum Experience / Education / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
  • Excellent computer skills – experience with SAP is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks as the same time
  • International Business experience a plus
  • Logistics knowledge is preferred
    • INCO Terms, CFR, CIF, FOB, Sales Contracts, Letters of Credit
