Project Administrator – Equipment

Hours: M-F, 8a-5p

Terms: 12 months, potential to be extended or direct


Position Responsibilities:

  • Entering Orders based on purchase orders
  • Reviewing submittals
  • Ordering from factories
  • Coordinating shipments
  • Working with vendors and trucking companies
  • Handling basic questions from contractors
  • Warranty issues
  • Ordering parts when needed
  • Interact with the controls department
  • Working with budgets


Minimum Experience / Education / Qualifications:

  • Degree required – Bachelors or Associate’s
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel required
  • PowerPoint would be nice
  • High level Administrative experience
  • HVAC experience would be ideal
  • Project management experience
  • Basic Finance experience would be highly preferred – Mathematical skills
  • Good customer service skills – will be customer facing
